Shannon Sharpe’s Instagram has everyone cringing after a sexually explicit video was posted to his account on Wednesday, leaving fans shook and asking, “What’s Big Unc doing?” But according to Sharpe, it wasn’t him—the classic game play of “I got hacked.”

The minute-and-a-half NSFW video had a woman moaning in the background, but no faces were shown. Still, at one point, you could hear the anonymous voice drop Sharpe’s name like it was a Hail Mary. The clip started with a view of the ceiling before the camera flipped downward, but it didn’t give away any major clues.
Sharpe’s been known to keep his personal life as tight as his end zone routes—he was engaged to fitness trainer Katy Kellner in 2016 but has never tied the knot. So, when this mystery video hit his feed, fans were quick with the commentary. With more than 3.2 million followers, thousands tuned in before the feed disappeared faster than a busted play.
Comments went wild as people watched the video unfold. “Hang up the phone, Big Unc!” one commenter begged, while another added, “UNC trippin’ right now.”

Sharpe took to Instagram shortly after to hit back, blaming it on a cyber fumble. “Beware, my @shannonsharpe84 Instagram was hacked this morning,” Sharpe posted before deleting the message. “My team and I are working vigorously to figure this out—UNC.”
Sharpe, the three-time Super Bowl champ and eight-time Pro Bowler, is no stranger to big games, but this time it looks like he’s on defense. Let’s hope this “hacked” situation gets resolved quicker than a two-minute drill—because we all know Big Unc doesn’t like to drop the ball.
