Super Bowl LXII will be the fourth time the game has occurred in Atlanta. The game was played twice at the Georgia Dome (Super Bowl XXVIII in 1994 and Super Bowl XXXIV in 2000) and once at Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Super Bowl LIII in 2019). Super Bowl LXII is just the start of many big sports events coming to Atlanta soon. We’ve got the College Football Playoff and the MLB All-Star Game in 2025, the FIFA World Cup in 2026, and the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2031. Exciting times ahead for sports fans!
