GloRilla is putting in work at the gym — and letting the results speak for themselves. The “Let Her Cook” rapper dropped some fire gym selfies this weekend, and Glo’s gains are popping.

But where there’s a glow-up, there are usually a few haters ready to troll and stir things up. Scroll to see how Glo clapped back.

GloRilla shares her fitness journey on Instagram, slays recent selfie.

The Memphis native has been on her fitness grind for a minute now, and she’s been taking fans along on her journey. In December 2024, Glo talked about her goals, sharing on social media that she’s focused on gaining weight and staying consistent. “12 months of progress. It won’t happen overnight just start & be consistent it’s a mind thing,” she wrote.

The NAACP-nominated artist even joked about her weight gain target. “I’m aiming for 150-155 for dat big body Benz lol,” GloRilla continued on Instagram. Per her carousel post, she was 139 pounds at the time, though she started around 120.

In January 2025, Glo is still at it and serving body goals.  In her latest selfie, she rocks a body-hugging grey two-piece set paired with black-and-silver sneakers. She styled her hair in a long straight ponytail.

What has fans talking, though, is the rapper’s noticeable thickness. The rapper is proud to be Big Glo, not the little one, as she shows off her cakes and curves.

Fans flooded her comments on Instagram with love: Weight gain looks on you, Glo!” wrote one fan. “Oh, you thick thick!! Get ’em, Glo,” said another.

GloRilla responds to BBL allegations on X

While fire emojis and heart eyes filled most of Glo’s comment sections and shares, some fans seemed to throw shade. And GloRilla had no time calling them out on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Y’all dey pushing da BBL allegations on me again as dey should!!!! I’m doing some right,” she wrote.

And we agree. Glo’s glow-up is real and she looks TF good. Now is her time to shine.

At the end of the day we’re here for GloRilla. Whether she chooses natural gains or surgical enhancements, it’s her business.

Last year was a breakout year for the femcee, and we have no doubt this year will be just as epic.  In the gym and the studio, Glo’s putting in work in both.
