Aspiring rappers will learn directly from industry veterans like Fiasco, while turntable majors will study with professional DJs. “I don’t teach hip-hop,” Fiasco said. “My classes focus on the techniques and skill sets involved in rap. That includes understanding the canon of different eras, styles, and artists, as well as developing your own voice.”
