Fox Sports anchor Joy Taylor has been named in a workplace misconduct lawsuit filed by former FS1 stylist Noushin Faraji.

The lawsuit accuses Taylor of engaging in sexual relationships with ex-NFL star co-host Emmanuel Acho and network executive Charlie Dixon to advance her career.

Additionally, Taylor allegedly fabricated a sexual misconduct claim against Dixon after he was no longer beneficial to her at the network.

The suit also includes accusations that Taylor dismissed Faraji’s complaints of sexual harassment involving other Fox figures, including Skip Bayless, who is accused of offering Faraji $1.5 million for sex.

Taylor appeared on her FS1 show Speak the day after the news broke but made no mention of the allegations.

She has not publicly commented on the lawsuit, which also names Dixon, Bayless, and the Fox Corporation.

The allegations span incidents of harassment, retaliation, and hostile workplace behavior between 2012 and 2024, encompassing broader patterns of misconduct within the organization.

Despite the claims, Fox Sports has yet to announce any changes related to Taylor’s role with the network.
